How much is the delivery fee?
We offer FREE delivery island wide!
For redelivery and delivery after 9pm, there is a $15.00 surcharge.


What are the delivery time slots?
Delivery Time Slots:
i) 9am to 1pm 
ii) 2pm to 6pm

For Mon to Fri, we provide same-day free delivery for orders placed before 12 noon.
Kindly note that same-day delivery might not be available once we have reached our maximum daily capacity.

For weekend and public holiday, orders shall be placed before Friday or the day before public holiday 12 noon. 

Last minute delivery please confirm with us by phone call,  WhatsApp or email.


Can I make changes to my order?
For any alterations to your order, please contact us by phone call,  WhatsApp or email immediately. 

We are unable to process changes for orders which have already been prepared and/or in transit.


Do you have message cards?
Yes, we do! All our flowers come along with a complimentary gift card. 

You may input your message at “Message for Recipient” before checking out. 


Do you provide care instructions for the flowers? 
Yes, a care card along with complimentary flower food will be included in every of our bouquets and arrangements. 


What happens if the delivery is unsuccessful?
Please ensure that the recipient’s name, address and contact details are correct prior to confirming your order.

If no one is available to receive the order as scheduled, we will be in touch with either the sender or recipient to get approval to leave flowers in a safe place.

If both the sender and recipient are not contactable, we will reschedule for delivery at a charge of S$15.


Can I choose the bouquet with a vase? 
Our bouquets are wrapped in water, i.e. aqua bouquet. We do not use cotton wools. Nonetheless, if you wish to present the bouquet in a vase arrangement, please indicate your preference before checking out. Vases will be charged at an additional cost at S$10.00 each.   


Can I request for customisation of bouquets/arrangements?
Absolutely yes! 
Do indicate your preference on our Bespoke Menu. Alternatively, you may also send us your request via email at or WhatsApp us at +65 8399 6824. 


Can I replace a broken vase for the subscription order?
Any damaged or broken vase/tools will not be replaced by us. Any replacement of vase/tools will be borne by you. 
If the handling issue lies with us, a new vase will be replaced with no additional cost.  

Can I pause my subscription plan or reschedule the delivery? 
This is possible with valid reasons, such as travelling. Do make the necessary arrangement with us directly via email at or WhatsApp or telephone call, we require 3 days advance notice!
