DELIVERY POLICY
- Standard delivery time slots are 9am to 1pm or 2pm to 6pm.
- Orders that reach us before 12 noon will be eligible for the same day delivery from Monday to Friday. Same-day delivery may not be available once we have reached our maximum capacity.
- Orders shall be placed at least one day prior to delivery on weekends and public holidays. You can reach out to us directly at +65 8399 6824 for urgent delivery.
- Deliveries may be delayed during peak seasons such as Valentine's Day, Christmas, Chinese New Year and Mother's Day.
- Please ensure that the recipient’s name, address and contact details are correct prior to confirming your order.
- If no one is available to receive the order as scheduled, we will be in touch with either the sender or recipient to leave the flowers in a safe place. If both the sender and recipient are not contactable, we will reschedule for delivery at a charge of S$15.
- Final presentation of the arrangement may be different from the website subject to flowers and foliage availability.
